  • sitting here awaiting a blast of winter weather..i am plotting my route to Summersville...gonna avoid major highways as much as possible...no I81 or WVA TPK either...backroads for at least 90% of it...cant wait...

      All this snow and cold is killing me. I still try to ride my H to work every now and then, but I'm so bundled up I look like the Stay Puff Marshmellow Man.

        I tell I have been south twice this year and I know I am sick of this cold.... Now with all this snow and ice on the great lakes I can we are going to have a late spring

                              Yeah George I like to keep the gas stops around 80 miles if I can, so the Special riders don't get nervous. I have a fairly good section that I thought had a gas station but looking on Google Earth it looks closed. That section turns into 100 miles between gas stops. This is not an unusual problem when planning routes in very rural areas.

                              I'll keep working on it. I have a couple of local scouts that are giving me terrific help.
