I sold all my parts and XS to oldbiker648. He will have enough parts to build a special or two. He hasn't picked any of it up yet, waiting for decent weather to head north. Contact him with requests.Marty in NW PA

Been meaning to get in here and sound off. Another xsive here. The wife and I are tentatively planning to attend. If we do, we will probably camp. Ghostdancer and I are cruisers, so we won't be draggin', but will be glad to watch. Also, have the folks from the Iowa and surrounding area made any plans for the ride over?

Heard Chevy is having domestic issues. An he might not have access to a PC, thus he is unable to post. Or perhaps in another state?
bandet, anyone, do you know how to get in touch with him?
Another thought, can we proceed without him? Is he the one for all the contacts and permissions and schedules and whatever?
Maybe we just get together and ride for 2 days? I am sure there are a few routes worthy of XS usage...
All who posted here, any ideas, or thoughts.Marty in NW PA

I’m not canceling my motel reservations yet. I agree with Marty, let’s just get together and ride a couple of days. Talk motorcycles, drink beer and eat at night . It’s only about 230 miles over there for me so I might be able to ride over ahead of time and try to find some interesting routes to take if that would help.
As far as the drag racing goes, I’m not sure I was going to do any that. It would only be a couple of runs if I did. Don’t want to break something when I’m that far away with no good way to get the bike home.

I live in Milwaukee, and can try to set up a nice route. There are a lot of good roads, especially a bit west of here.
If I can find some info I will also give the track a call, see if I can find out anything.
This is the first xs rally I would be able to go to, yous aren't dropping out on meI've been in more than one Hemisphere, and I wrote a book to help you do it too (or just prepare better for that week long road trip). Going Small, not just for the little guys.

And this weekend for me, sucks.
I actually work most weekends, and do my "fun"riding monday-wednesday. I do get the occasional weekend off, and will be in touch.
Trying to see if Chevy mentioned a contact person, this is a really long threadI've been in more than one Hemisphere, and I wrote a book to help you do it too (or just prepare better for that week long road trip). Going Small, not just for the little guys.
