When the bike is on the road and all the stuff is wrapped up that'll be a good day. I'm just excited you're doing the ZRX carb modification. That in and of itself makes yours dang near one of a kind. Plus I'm a ZRX guy.

Looking forward to how upsizing in mains and pilots goes.

Update: Always something! I temporarily put an XS CCT on the bike. Had it nice & clean. Release the locknut. Rotate crank. Stopped. The plunger did not extend. P.O.S. No wonder these things got swapped. So, gotta pull the cams tonight to re-time it, re-install the CCT, and hopefully it's good to go till the ACCT arrives.

Okay, got it re-timed and put back together. Still have a small leak coming from the CCT. I'll investigate it tomorrow.

Welp, can't really stop the leak, so I'll wait for the ACCT then use Yamabond to seal it, and hope it stops the leak.

I threw some Yamabond 4 on the new ACCT. Let it cure for 24 hours, then smeared another layer around the two screws and mating area.

Next steps: Install a two-piece 1/4" clamp collar around the throttle cable to prevent it from being sucked into the cable holder. From there, should be good to start riding.

Running well, and put back together. I'll throw a new set of plugs in, and tune as I go. But, very happy with the end result!

It's been around the block.

I took my gf on a ride up to see her mom at a Labor Day dog frisbee competition. It runs extremely well! I'll take it on a guided ride this weekend.

That's great getting it out on the road! Keep track of that gas mileage, not that you wouldn't. Really interested to see if you've gained anything in that department.
