Hey Cajun. looked at the kit online and have investigated the others. The England guys say they use the Brake crafters piston. Just wondering if you used the little boot between the pads that seem to be in that LH kit.

You can take a piece of emery cloth with some wd40 and that will clean up. Same for the side walls.

Answering your question about the kits. I used everything that came in the kit. Those kits come with the red rubber grease. You coat the oring with that goes in that groove. It helps seal things. The pistons that come in the kits are Stainless Steel and won't pit near as quickly as the original which were just polished steel.
