    I have these set at 25 right now and they still leak and the bike is hard to start with the fuel level that low.

      Well

      for me it didn't matter what I set the levels at, they eventually exceeded the tolerance of the needle. I used the clear hose method to originally set the levels then left the gas on and watched over a period of time. Eventually they all failed. When you get a good set of fuel valves and needles they will shut off the fuel with the tangs with almost no adjustment. The more you have to distort the tang the less likely the viton tips will hit the same socket profile.
