I read (somewhere) that the sleeve needs to be put in backwards on these bikes. That's what I did last time. Because of that I didn't use the cup but tapped it in with the mallet. It came out easy enough with a screwdriver so the inner edge may have been widened during installation.
I also saw that someone had to dremel the outer edge after the installation part was removed. I did that but couldn't tell if it was actually required.
So ANY suggestions will help. I don't want to buy a third sleeve.

. If you haven't been using the cup they set in, THAT is why they're leaking. ANY mior distortion(cocked to one side a bit on initial starting instalation or not using the cup provided to keep distortion from hapening.........not using the install cup WILL distort that thin metal enough. Oil has better visibilaty than you, and finds its way out
