Be certain you get the correct ones when you order and always get original Mikuni.

Stock is 42.5, I run 45's with with my aftermarket exhaust. The stock mains are 137.5 but with my exhaust I run 142.5.

I'm running a Mac 4 into 2 with turnouts. Very free flowing and lean out the engine, especially at top end in 5th gear.

BTW, don't trust the application charts on jetsrus. It's wrong. Measure the physical dimensions of your jets and order accordingly.

If you have problems PM me and I can help. BTDT.

Howdy sir- That 147.5 caught my eye. Are you running straight pipes? If not, whatever formula you used, disregard it. I've ran every type of configuration of aftermarket stuff between my XS collection, and never once jumped that high in main jet size. And, if it's running rich, going UP in size, will only make it run richer. What is your current jetting? Start with stock first. I see you have pods.

I'd suggest 140 on the mains at the most, and 42.5/45 on the pilots.

I actually dont know what the bike is jetted at right now. I will find out soon. I bought bike used and its running rich for sure.

Thats the formula i saw on this thread

but whatever the bike is running i will definetly run a jet smaller. I really just needed to know where to buy the jets.

Pretty sure he used this chart here Ian. http://www.xs11.com/forum/showthread.php?t=382

With my exhaust I've gone up 1 size pilots and 2 sizes mains and I'm pretty much right where I need to be I think.

Finally got rid of that top end lean spark knock at WOT in 5th gear. Plugs are tan with black edges. It doesn't get better than that.

Ive noticed a weird stumble after about 6k rpm. Sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesnt. If the bike has been ridden more then 20 minutes it never does it. I guess the bike has to be really really warm to run smooth.

No need to buy jets until you know what you currently have installed. Your "rich" condition could be caused by the pods or incorrect float height setting.

The only "formula" you should use is to start out with stock jets and and see if you need to change anything.
