It looks like cylinder four is not hitting right. I started it up and sprayed water on each pipe. Number four just stayed on. I check/drained the carb and it was full of gar. I checked for spark and it had spark. The only other thing I did notice was the carb idle screw would not go in as far as the other carbs when I was cleaning them. I asked Andrea if he has any good ones. Should I just go with a new set? Would this cause it not to get gas or not run on that cylinder? I am not sure if this is the cause.
Thanks guys.

Not necessary, but what is.....you seriously need to pull EVERYTHING out of ALLS carbs and clean.....at least three times! Careful and don't loose the teeny-tiny washers on the idle mixture srews upon removal, and pay attention to their order on the mix. screws Until that happens, vebal help here IS a moot point. No.4 idle circuit is plugged tigher than a drum, but ALL carbs need the above stated.

I just had the carbs off and cleaned but I had a hard time getting #4 idle screw out because the slot is messed up.

I imagine a piece of brass got wedged down in the threads when trying to screw it in tighter. Do you have a compresser? Run the screw back in, blow it out profusely in there to maybe clean out exposed threads and try backing it out again. Got a dremal tool? Using a tiny plunge bit, a steady hand, reach down in the recess and re-cut a slot in the brass, BTDT.
Just be sure blow out cavity with compressed air before you try and remove the mixture screw. Mounting carb bank back on the carb boots makes for a good holder while doing this.
