    the guy in Japan is American ...his company...Eastern Beaver used to make quality wiring harnesses with a built in relay...he used 14AWG wire and the quality of all the crimps was always first rate...it was litereally a plug and play installation...unfortunately they no longer make these for horns...

        Another way is to buy an automatic reset breaker that is used in trucks for trailer lights and brakes. That way you won't have to carry an extra fuse, and avoid having to ride home without a working horn.
