      as I remember, both wheels were sans tire & brake disk. And yes, the big weight loss is lighter brake rotors.
      Just sayin'; if you reckon to save unsprung weight on an XS series bike by swapping a cast wheel for a wire wheel, it ain't gonna happen.

        I was just thinking, apparently not enough out loud, that if I was to spend that kind of cash to upgrade the discs, the thing pushing against it would be upgraded as well.. Sorry.. Try to follow along with my randomness better, will ya?
