New Auto Cam Chain Tensioner/Timing Issue?

Thanks. Don't mean to be a wet noodle here but I only want to do this once:

AFTER the cct is installed AND rotating the engine a gazillion times, the dots on the cams should be aligned while the crank is at 'T'. Correct? That's where I'm at right now and want to double check before I button it up and go for a ride this fine afternoon.

Yes, absolutely. You should not hear any noise, and it should turn easily.

I'm kinda surprised you did not have to turn a cam by hand to match them up perfectly.
