Can I use a front spoked wheel from an XS650 or at least the front hub to lace my own wheel? I know the rear GX750 will convert with the rear.....

like Marty sez, an XS650 front wire wheel plugs right in.
The prettiest is the early 36-spoke deep groove aluminum rim but it's stock disks are dished wrong for the XS11's calipers.
Your XS11 disks bolt onto that wheel OK as will post '77 XS650 disks.
Later "megaspoke" XS650 wire wheels work disks and all but they have steel rims and the "megaspoke" look is an acquired taste.
A wire wheel rear takes serious machinist & welders skills and equipment to cut an XS11 rear wheel down to a hub and weld on spoke rings to lace your new rim onto. Or incredible good fortune to find those incredibly rare GX750 wheels.
Way back when I still reckoned that the look of wire wheels exceeded the inconvenience of having to run tubes in them and of keeping them clean,
I'd have wired the front and left the rear as a cast wheel.
