Boy I feel lucky... other than my leaky petcock I have never had a fuel issue with mine. (knock on wood) I've left it parked for months on end in RES or ON sitting on the kickstand. if it sits longer than a month i have to switch it to Prime to refill the carbs to start it. but I've got a standard tank... no octy

are you using the "motorcycle" Lucas or just the regular stabilizer? I would assume the motorcycle stuff is designed for wet clutches. all my ATV buddies use itDon

Thanks
Thanks my brother, right now, 100 bucks is too much cash for me, I love the idea, but just cant spend the $$ right nowThanks for all your help, I am thinking, drop the filters below the bowl hight to stop the draining from them, and shut off the petcocks before I shut off the bike. Just trying to do what I can on a nickel
Thanks though
OEM, I've had plenty of gas run out my airbox but never, as far as I know in the crankcase. My bike never goes on the centerstand unless I'm working on it, it resides under my workbench. That Pingle valve I run is perfect for the single fuel tap that I run, I'm sure you could rig up a second T connection for dual fuel taps. Anyway, it's the best $90 I've ever spent, piece of mind is priceless. Here they are if you decide to go that way....

Oem
What floats you using, I read you had to bend the tangs considerably to achieve your height. If you are using the plastic crap it's 22.5mm to start. Brass work better with our carbs. Change your oil, get rid of the octy, turn your 'T"'s down, put in the stock fuel valves and needles, turn your gas on and off and ride the sh.t out of it.mack

For sure and cheap
Advance auto has inline cheap fuel shutoff valves that will be cheap untill you get money enough to buy more appropriate solution.
To fix the problem one should not make more assumptions than the minimum needed.
