      Idle mixture screws

      The manual will tell you that they are set at the factory at 1 1/4 turns out. Probably should start at 1 1/2 and do 1/4 turns. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO SEAT THEM TOO TIGHTLY when you turn them in to the start point. They are very pointy and delicate and will break off in the holes. Hate to ask now that they are on, but did you bench sync the carbs first.

          Well I had somebody clean and rebuild these carbs, he also said that they were benched synced. I decided to make a homemade sync tool will some tubing and fitting. Theres no need to do this blindly.
