          Norwegian plates

I went to the norwegian road-authorities two weeks ago, they looked at the bike, checked the VIN and papers, thought the bike was great. I got plates on her,and I love to ride this beautifull bike.....I guess I am smiling every second on this bike

Have a nice spring and summer everyone

eBay seemed to have killed the photo which you mentioned in your post. I'm intrigued to see the bike after all the comments but can't see it! Can you post one?

Re the plugs for the allen bolts. Yamaha used to sell plastic ones which get damaged when removed... the edges bend up and they get to look a bit worn. I replaced mine with these:

              http://www.tastynuts.com/Products/In...ush_In_Buttons

They're anodised aluminium and have a little O ring to hold them in place on the allen bolt head. I've used them on my handlebar clamps and the oil filler plugs on the middle gearbox and FD. They come in different sizes for different sized allen bolts........ They don;t fall out either, like some I've seen....

xs11lover (Garrett) , yes the bike is very nice The exhaust is very good for its age,but the mufflers are a bit faded some places...but better then I expected them to be. I have a NOS Midnight exhaust set,but will use it on my other LG when I get time to work on her
