hi there, we customized the exhaust...(check the picture with side elevation view)its like 4 to 2 then connected them to a baffle or collector right under the swingarm pivot, then projected upward a single pipe inside the swing arm together with the rear tires then had a dual muffler end...a bit tricky in achieving the look, we had to make sure the swingarm and even the tires wont touch the muffler pipes

        End Results

Very Cool. I like the way it all turned out. Especially the routing of the exhaust. I'd like to hear it , if you can figure out how to post a video with sound. Good job.

Do you have any more info on how you made up that rear rim and what mods were done to make that swing arm fit?

tnx guys! Rides well and smooth...with its low stance and adequately wider 150 rear tire,it rides smoothly and hugs the road especially at high speed...with the sound,it has that grunt at 4k rpm up...il try to post a video of it running and cruising..hv 2 find a video cam 1st.haha...its really worth it...the swingarm by the way is from a SECA...u can use a vmax rim at the back, as 4 this build,we used the baby vmax rim that is lying around the shop, we modified it from a sprocket type to fit shaft drive by melting high grade aluminum inside the hollow inner part of the hub...to save u the trouble just use a vmax rim instead..cheers guys!

hi guys,i made measurements on the SECA swingarm vs. the Virago...virago is 1 1/2'' longer...so a virago swingarm can also be an alternative if u want 2 put ur mufflers under the seat as well.
