    In my cage I always carry a plug kit and a small compressor. There have been several occasions when I was able to fix flats without even taking the tire off the car. I'm with you on tubeless - definitely the way to go - if you've got the rims for it.
    I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

      I just acquired an XS 1100 Special & it'll need new tires sometime not too distant.. The only tire size info I've found is Front 3.50 H19-4PR and rear 130/90 -16.67H..

      These sizes don't show up on the tire links you guys posted above..

      What's today's equivalent numbers.

        Your front should be a 100/90-19 and your rear should be a 130/90-16

          For balancing--the wheels' axle propped on a couple of jack stands makes a good jig.
