Does anyone know how the wiring should be inside the on off switch housing? there are 2 red wires and a blue wire for the starter button.

Are you talking about the handle bar mounted emergency shutoff switch? That housing has that switch and the starter button.
The emergency shutoff switch completed the circuit between the two red wires. The starter button completed the gtounding loop for the starter solenoid, so the blue wire and a black wire run to the starter button.Life is what happens while your planning everything else!

The two screws right next to each other hold the wires for the kill switch The third screw in the mounting screw for the kill switch assembly on top of the controller.

Shouldn't there be 4 wires? Red/whites complete the hot circuit and a black and blue/(black or white) complete the start or ground circuit. I remember not to get the mixed up because you melt the button (if it's plastic) pretty damn goodJosh Yoquelet -- I'm having dreams of my XS
