Has anyone used these on an XS11? These are from Mike's XS and are for the 650. Does anybody know what size bars the 650 has? These are very reasonably prices as compared to BikeBandit.

Just about every UJM has the 7/8" bars. I have not heard of anything but a Hardley that uses anything else (1" bars). What item are you looking at? A link, perhaps?1980 XS850SG - Sold

that switch will work on an XS11 but the wires won't be the same.
Mikes killswitch also has a "lights on-off" switch so there will be two more wires in it's pigtail. Nothing that a multi-meter won't sort out for you though.Fred Hill, S'toon

Hey Foreda: I have one on my bike, they have 2 styles - one with & without the switch. I used the one without the switch - less junk. The wiring is pretty easy - just take your time & wire in to the existing one. Hell if I did it anyone can. Oh & they work great. I also had an xs650 & used the same new switches for it & they also worked fine, of course they just pluged right in. F.Y.I. I also used there other one for the lights on the other side & its working fine. The xs650 bars are 7/8's just like ours on the xs1100. Its great to have new controls - no worries. - Dan'81 XS1100 LH - Midnight Special - been lookin' a long time for this one.

I had to just cut the plug off my harness and crimp on new male spades to fit into the female spade 4 wire plug on the switch without the lights. It works good and I haven't had any problems yet. I haven't wired up my left controls yet, but they don't look much harder other than they aren't plug and play also.Josh Yoquelet -- I'm having dreams of my XS
