    I saw that 500 at Ottawa Yamaha. It will be a nice little runabout when it's done.

    As far as the 1100G goes, I doubt it will run as strong as an XS, as it was put into more of a sport-tourer role when the 16V engine came out. Still a nice bike, and there is some performance potential there, just nowhere near what you'd get out of an E.

      I got a portable garage now so I should be able to start rebuilding the ones I have now to be sold off over the next few years. I really only want 3 of the 8 I have now. My 79 and 79 XS11s and the recent XS500 I now have.

        Ya, the Susie is a nice bike but not a keeper. I'll refurb and sell her to a happy new home ...

          That bike pictured in the kijjiii ad, is an RH Aussie model I think, but who knows, maybe that had a few in Canada also.
