Replacement Fuse Blocks and Possibly TERMINALS

I've got my SH in the shop getting new tires put on. I figured I'd give them the new fuse box and let them put it in correctly rather than risk using my limited skills in doing it.

PS: Sorry for the price hike! The USPS recently 5/07 changed their rate structure, so a 2oz envelope would only cost $0.75 to send, now since the block is more than 1/4" thick they are charging package rates, so it costs $1.47 to send it!

Don't forget to look at the Connectors/Terminals that are NOW also offered, $1.00 extra!

Wow!! That was EASY! I got my new fuse block in the mail today, and I spent a leisurely 90 minutes and got it all re-wired. I made sure to include the Main fuse in the works as well. Spent less than $9 on fuses, so this whole thing was under $20, and 90 minutes, start to finish (including the trip to autozone for the fuses)! I got some fancy fuses that supposedly light up when they fail. Not that I hope to have to see that happen, but I thought that was a rather cool option to go along with my new fuseblock.

That's a unique way of mounting it. I guess with the straight terminal connectors, that's all he could do. Whatever works! I did notice he didn't put the main fuse in there. Any reason for that? Seems to make sense to me to remove the glass fuses from ALL possible points of failure, especially the MAIN one.

Yep....he could have put it in the headlight housing for all I care, as long as it works.

i got mine and installed it tonight
took less than an hour
took care of my loosing electrical power issue
i had to run it with the side cover off so i could reach down and tickle the wires to get power back

now i won't have to do that any more

You should find the flag terminals at your local hardware store. You need four blue ones for the fat wires and the rest are the red ones.
