I think you just got one, but this info is for others reading this thread. I editted the first page info, but wanted to also put it here! I had been able to ship these things using the Envelope rate of $0.75 for 2 oz, but found out that since 5/07 the USPS has changed their rates, and since the package is over 1/4" thick it is now charged at PACKAGE rates, $1.47 for same weight package! So...I have had to raise the price a $1.00 to cover this and just to round it up to an even #! Again, apologies, but our Postal Service System at work!

Wow. Finaly got arond to getting a new fuse box from TC. It looks SOOO much better. The fuses are now easily available too. The only places I can find the OEM ones are online. That tangled mess of wires is finally gone! I had a habbit of killing my engine from pulling the loose wires that were hanging out(no side cover). Now all of the wires are tucked away nice and neat. Everything is wire-tied together and sealed up tight. At first, I made an 1/8in aluminum plate that screwed into the oem location. I was going to use one of the oem screws to hold the new box down and then an allen screwed into the aluminum plate on the other side. I ended up just using one oem screw and making a notch on the outer edge of the other side for the forward screw without the plate. It worked out well.

I have the same fuse box... only for 8 fuses. I use 5... (one extra is for heated grips... the right one died )
A bit longer tho... I use the extra 3 for spare fuses.

Hee hee... just for arguments sake. I tucked the wires around, DIDN'T use the fuse block, and haven't chopped up my side cover! lol. With the seat on, you can barely see the wires strewn about behind it!.. lol.

And TJ... smart thinking puting up that blue tarp to keep Pro's prying eyes off of your stuff! Any old dolls with eyes that closed... could give a reason for him to come looking for you!

XJ perfect fit

I know some of you guys were concerned about fitting this box to an XJ. It's really no big deal.

TC's fuze box will fit in the same place the OEM does. All ya have to do is notch your XJ side cover. I used a bench grinder and a hack saw...then slicked it up with a file. I used the original left side screw but had to drill a small hole and use a sheet metal screw for the right side retainer.

Here some pix to show how I did it.










It fits perfectly. You can barely see the box under the seat.
