I have to disagree with that front brake first always mentality as there are instances where you have traction issues and if in any type turn a hard front brake will slap you on the ground hard and so fast. Conditions I have had were down hill round curves with wet leaves, sand, and frost on the road that using the front brake put me on the ground. Yea I was a little fast too but that is when surprises happen. Just going to the side of the road would have been much better. But if going straight no mater what front brake first you just have to know where you are.

To fix the problem one should not make more assumptions than the minimum needed.

Fortunately, in my case, muscle memory from the added 30+yrs. moto-x racing(RMXA state champ at age 52 in the 50+ class in 20005), I have absolutely no desire for neither linked or anti-skid brakes on a motorcycle. I want total control of both ends of motorcycle at ALL times, even in panic mode.81H Venturer1100 "The Bentley" (on steroids) 97 Yamaha YZ250(age reducer) 92 Honda ST1100 "Twisty"(touring rocket) Age is relative to the number of seconds counted 'airing' out an 85ft. table-top.
