OK, I'll ask
The neub question of the day...
What is UJM?
I can see it relates to older bikes but what is the acronym?79 SF & 80 LG MNS
73 & 74 RD 350's
73 Honda CL 450
Graveyard - '81 XS850 Special
All of my bikes are projects, maybe one day I'll have them running.

The big four jap bikes kinda looked the same and were reliable so you couldn't tell them apart on a quick look.'80 XS1100 SG

Always loved my '70 Yamaha 650 Rode it for about 50000 and then moved on.
They kinda vibrated especially with a 750 kit and a ten plus cam.'80 XS1100 SG

Dooom! Not strictly a UJM. More of a UJT.

I had one of those, decided to sell it after my son was born. It was an ex-race bike that my neighbor found in a barn. Lots of mods and very scary to ride. The story goes that it had lived up to the widowmaker name with the PO.
Wish I still had it... probably be worth ten times what sold it for.

Everything about my Mach III was modified for road racing, including the frame. The front suspension had stiffer springs, a fork brace and steering damper. Rear shocks had been changed also. The PO had added a second disk up front, drilled both rotors and added SS braided lines. It stopped quite well. I don't really know how well it handled. I never went that fast through the corners do to its wanting to touch the sky, or spin the rear tire when the power band hit.
