.I'm a big fan of 2 strokes i haved owned lots and lots of different dirtbikes and quads that were two strokes. and there is a big difference in viscosity between premix oil and oil injected oil. i can't see pennzoil using the same oil for both, premix oil is alot thicker.i have bought 2 different yamaha blaster quads that had the wrong oil used in them if you use premix oil in a injected motor it wont flow as well and will starve the engine of oil and scar the hell out of the piston. cheap gas station oil plugs up tuned pipes and fouls plugs. i use a semisynthetic yamalube in all my goodies. i have rebuilt both of those quads and never had a problem since. my sons 04 blaster piston was cooked when i bought it it had to be bored out .0020. that was 4 years ago and has been beat since. we pulled the jug off this spring to see if it needed a rering and the cylinder walls and piston looked like brand new. although the yamalube is about 25 bucks a gallon it well worth it in my eyes. i will start running it in my xj. thanks for posting the link.
