I have the saddlebags run under the seat so someone cannot just casually walk away with my stuff while I'm inside a store or having breakfast or something, they have to be a little more determined and obvious about it. Yeah, it's not much of a deterrent and even sounds a little paranoid but it happened to me once so it's not just paranoia.

Scott..I forgot to answer your questionthe bags stay in place due to the stuff I carry,jacket,few tools and junk.To keep from sliding forward I have a small strap hooked to the grab bar.The bags came with all sorts of hook ups which I put on and worked well.I just came up with my own way to do things..very easy to take off and put on,less than ten seconds.
The little bag on top I keep a camera,gloves,maps,this that and the other..I figure if ya got the space use it.
I used to pack magazines in the bags for my mom etc.I hauled all kinda stuff for work,parts,chainsaw.Don't home without them.

Thanks Scott..it is set up exactly how I wanted the thing to be.Slide the back rest up a little..put my soft suit case as a back rest,feet on the foot pegs and I am set. No radio or other distractions other than what is going around me.

As I am looking at the TMAX scooter I feel like I losing my dog.A 36 year friend whom we have been every where I wanted to go.
My feelings for the 11 are deep.
I got a small rv awhile back and thought about a trailer for the van for the scooter.It would be Yamaha...just 1/2 the size.
My x wife would like it..I don't know why she has a Harley now.

Well actually I need a new head light also as you can tell by the white light,the high beam comes on automatically when the low beam blows. Only got 30 years out of it to..don't make things like they used to.
