The new site is pretty good. Not being all that familiar with it yet, I was wondering is there going to be an email thread of all the latest posts. I reallly enjoyed the Yahoogroup digest mode. (25 replies in one email.) Hopefully there is an option for that!! I learned quite alot just by reading.

Sorry, that's not an option. But there is a "View New Posts" link on the upper right of the main page that will list all of the posts since your last visit. You should always click that first (because if you visit and leave and visit again you'll only see new posts since the last time you left).
Plus, there's a checkbox option [Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies. Only registered users are eligible. ] that you can check when you post a reply to a thread that will let you know by email when someone posts a reply to that thread. (You can also uncheck it or go to your UserCP to unsubscribe to any thread if you DON'T want to be notified.)
Nice job guys! Without getting involved with the fact that I definitely WILL miss the Yahoo list - this is a great setup! Now, all this work you put in makes me think y'all have entirely too much time on your hands! LOL
Just registered, first post... Nice lay out, will definitely take some getting used to for sure... Johnny Yukon has been up here for a few days, no riding right now for me though due to a shoulder injury, (Big Island Duece still not a guarentee either ) but did get out fishing today, had a blast... Miss riding a ton, but have to see the specialist for a MRI and get clearance for take off first! Later listee's................

Hello all,
I think this new forum is great!!!
JP you're doing a great job so far. this is so much better than all those e-mails.
I've gotten so much info. and I like the way it is set up, so much easier to find what you're looking for.

Well thank you, thank you, thank you. I suppose I'm just like the architect who gets the praise when it's no small part that the construction crew played. I'd get a swelled head if I didn't know that the moderators would kick me down the stairs.
However good the plan or design, the success of this project will be mostly dependent on the people who use it and the moderators who help them. We're very fortunate to have some excellent talent in that regard headed by Gary and Bill. And it's great to have Jeff, Jerry, Mike, Ken & Chris round out the team.
I also need to bow low to Jeff Cranfill from http://www.ventures.org for his help, support, advice and willingness to talk long distance for hours about how to make http://www.xs11.com better than it already is. Come to think of it, I've probably bent the ears of all of these guys quite a bit.
Hey Guys,
I like the new forum, I know you've worked hard on it & hope all goes well ! Congrats to all who made it happen, keep up the gr8 work !
BTW, 1 of my earlier posts didn't count, waz up with that ?

What an improvement over the "old" days. I had to unsubscribe from the list a few years ago because of traffic overload. Now I can just shop for info or offer it when I can. JP (and crew), I nominate you for the first patron saint of the XSives.
