Update on my job-Actually it has been good.I think the management is starting to realize who does most of the work in the shop as the lazy bastard that i work with has gotten caught this past week doing nothing.On Monday the plant manager walked by the shop and saw him sitting down and told my boss to find him something to do.On Tuesday he overslept and came in at 1030-4 hours late and was told about that.On Wednesday he was standing around doing nothing and was observed by management again and told.Thursday he flipped out doing a repair and complained that why does he have to do all the repairs and asked me what i was doing.I told him that i was busy and not to question me again.On Friday he copped an attitude with me first thing in the morning and i told him that if he had a problem to do something about it.He just stood there and sat down again.The management was doing something right outside our maintenance cage and saw him and said that if he was going to just sit there and do nothing he can go home and call back the next day to see if he still has a job.Its about time!Thanks for hearing me rant.
