First, pooping is one of the most manly things a manly man can do. The better the bouquet, the more manly it is.

And when I am fully ready to ride, that is all subject to opinion. I am ready... way ready. Pain is temporary. But, since I wear the pants in the family, and she is the one that takes them off, I kinda have to listen to her....

You know as I am scooting along at 70 mph (or so...) I often think that the grass would hurt ALOT less than the pavement if I had to go skidding/sliding. So when my time comes (hopefully IF but reality being what it is) I think I will aim for the soft-er grass in the ditches if I can.

LOL.. Yeah.. right down there where the bigger rocks are, sign posts, broken bottles, metal pieces that fell off trucks.. etc.

Neither situation would be ideal for sure.. but as you said, I think reality is that you won't have the choice. If we do.. I pick the spot right where the mattress fell out of the back of someone's truck..

I think the best thing you can do is use the few instants between "OH ****!" and "God this HURTS!" to prepare your mind for the latter. Doing so helped me retain my bodily fluids when every thread of my being wanted to just give up and die right there.

                    Totally beyond cool, but......

just one teny tiny detail about the pics, you should have changed your shooting angle just a tad, pun intended, and included the Kegorator, with all the bikes lined up infront of it, sucking up the suds. Scus me, I got to get another Milwaukee's best, lets see where was I? Suds, no, camera angle, ya, anyway, you guys are the givingest bunch I have ever had the privilege to know, God's great and mighty blessings on all of you, Ivan included.

I have some pics of it somewhere, but I'm sure Russ has several if he sees this. There are a couple of pics of it here at the first Bob Jones Memorial ride...
