    Hey yall, I am Bob, New here, was just looking trought the post and seen this bagger, nice bike, and I myself just bought a bagger, dont know much about yamahas got goldwings but ran across this 79 limeted edishion xs 1100 at a good price, wondering now what I have, how rare these are, it needs some work, had not been rode for 10 years but looks to be in good shape, not abused any way, wondering weither to strip it down naked or put it back like it was, any sujestions.

      Congrats on the find. If you have any pics it would help alot in identifying what you have. There are several folks here that bought these bikes new off the showroom floor and know every model ever made. I'm not one of them, but I have learned a few things from hangin out here.

        have not taken any pics of it yet but the fareing and the bags are off of it but I have all the hardware, I will have to figure out how to upload the pics.
