Coming soon: my Tahoe Rally Ride Report. Please check the ride report site in a day or two. Try as I might, I just can't be breef. It's the curse of letters!

Old bikers never die, they're just out of sight!
My recently re-built, hopped up '79 Special caught fire and burned everything from the top of the engine up: gas tank, wiring, seat, & melted my windshield all over the front of the bike. Just bought a 1980 Special that has been non oped for 9 years. My Skoot will rise from the ashes and be re named "The Phoenix!"
I've been riding since 1959.
An XSively good time was had by all! DiverRay is a terrific RideMaster. Just got home to Tillamook. It's nice but not nearly as exciting as being on the road with Ray and the gang.
In Lincoln City I spotted a guy southbound on an old Jap bike. Sure enough, XS 11 Special with some camping gear strapped on the pillion. Wish I could have visited with him.
Happy trails y'all!
Dave
