I'd be willing to bet 3/4 or more of those posts were helping someone.

    Thanks for being so talkative!!

This may be true for you, but through your many postings, think about the life you've given to the other readers here!(as well as extending the lives of innumerable machines)

THANK YOU TC! I know my bike wouldn't run like it does without his help (and the fact that we have almost the same bike so I could steel all his carb setting and use them on mine ). Someone once said, "if charity didn't make us feel good, no one would do it." Well, I hope you feel great everytinme you peel yourself away from the computer knowing that you have helped so many of us

I gotta add my ditto marks to all the comments too. I would be so floundering with trying to get a running bike if it weren't for all you helpful advice and that of the site in general. Thanks a million.

I don't post as much anymore because it seems that so many people here are becoming well versed in the ways of the XSives, and by the time I read the new posts, somebady has already given good advise, covering what I would have said. I've only got about 31 posts to go before I hit 3000. I could fluff my to 3K, but that wouldn't be right, and besides, I never got the free drinks nor dancing girls when I became the first non moderator to become guru. I think that promise is just a myth.
I have been busy working on the kinks in the carbs on the Foster Child lately, trying to get the pilot circuit straightened out. I've got it pretty close right now.

As I've said before, I'm no mastermind, I make mistakes, but I try to the best of my abilities.
