  • Video Test

I'm going to try a test video in hopes to succeed before I record the vid I really want.

1980 XS1100G "Dolly G" Full Dresser (with a coat of many colors )
    1979 XS1100SF (stock-euro mods planned)
    1984 XV700L Virago (to be hot-modded)
    1983 XJ750MK Midnight Maxim (semi-restored DD)
    1977 XS650D ( patiently awaiting resto)

Sometimes it takes a whole tank of gas before you can think straight.

Oh good I'm glad it was visible. I hope to video some of the progress on my projects and I'll try a little harder to be more enthusiastic

That one was on the fly, no rehearsal

                Hi Schming,
For your next video try to move slow & steady between subjects.
If you look at you video again there are a couple of times you wave the camera so fast it make our head spin the majority of the shoot is slow enough.
Some would like to see what else is hiding under the cover

For others: I notice it can take some time for the little faint green square to appear in the above post.

I think you would be better off placing the direct link in the text. That little icon that does shoe is sort of hit or miss if it will show.

                          Hi Schming,
That link works great. Huffing and chuffing = running after all these years. well done. A little more tinkering with the synch. and it will be good.

It's running smoother now, but I think it's a little lean. Gotta pull the plugs and see.
The dash light problem was remedied today with some .023 MIG wire:

                            sorry a little blurry

The three plugs are the only ones that don't have the safety locks on them. The middle one pulled apart when the steering is at full right or left. I safety wired them all so I don't have to pull the Pacifico fairing off in the middle of nowhere some rainy night.

                            Test video 3:

                              wiring mods

I have a few connectors that no longer have the locking tabs
You might consider using small cable ties instead
