We're not seeing any activity on the shirt orders...... If we don't reach a reasonable level of shirt orders the shirt will not be produced this year. Currently, we have four(4) shirts ordered.

There is plenty of time as the deadline is September. However, we usually have 15-20 by this time.

If the shirt is cancelled, all order money will be cheerfully refunded back to those that purchased.

      RALLY in 87 Days .............

Don is looking for a roommate to split the cost of a semi-private cabin room. PM me if you are interested.
Total cost for the room is $116 +tax per night so half would be about $65 a night with tax.

That's Tallahassee Don who normally shares room with Brent -or- me but we both booked different rooms this year.
Let me know and I will get you in contact with Don.

      Thanks,
      Jeff

IH Availability & Shirt Order Missing Details

Hi Vintage Yamaha Rally Attendees & Friends.

We checked with the IH and there remains great availability of accommodations: 4 Deluxe Private, 8 Semi-Private, 3 Efficiencies, Many Camping Sites (with & without 110v), Wagons. HOWEVER, they are running short on RV sites. If you are planning to attend with an RV - YOU MUST RESERVE NOW or there will not likely be an RV site remaining.

We've seen the IH fill up pretty quickly as folks start seeing the fall in the not-so-distant future. Make your reservations now!!!

        SHIRT ORDERS WITH MISSING INFORMATION!!!!!
We have received a few PAID shirt orders without adequate information. An orders requesting shirts be mailed with NO mailing address and no e-mail address. Nancy has responded to the PayPal purchase requesting this information without response. Please, if you have ordered a shirt(s) and not received a confirmation note from Nancy you're probably one of the couple people that did not include your e-mail. Please reach out with these details. Kinda hard to confirm your shirt order or mail a shirt without any address information!

Gee, hope that you can make it to the Rally.

If not, $10 for shipping the shirt. Just after the Rally Nancy ships the Shirts for those that wanted Ship Shirt and paid the $10 for shipping.

Kurt & Nancy are organizing Shirts and Shirt Order. VYRShirtorder@gmail.com pay with PayPal and use Friends option so we don't get dinged that pesky extra 3%

Not too early to get ready for the rally..... CHOICES CHOICE CHOICES......

I got out ALMOST all of the toys today

Aside from one of the GT80s (it doesn't run well YET), and the Gold CT70 (which is a work in progress) EVERY BIKE GOT OUT FOR A SHORT 10 miles +/- ride today!!!!

Which ones are going to the rally?

              Getting some NEW carbs TONIGHT!

Not running like it should.... a little mid-range stumble on the FZR

Had a dead battery but got it going anyway... The DEAD DUCK XS11.

Always reliable and always ready to ride! XS11 Mayberry

Stuck float but it resolved and rode it. '79 Custom PENSACOLA XS11

Never misses a beat.... Ran like a scolded dog!!!! THE DUCK XS11

The son of the XS11, the FJ1200 is a beast. It's made several of the last VYR events.

Grandson of the XS11.... With all the "Frills" the XS 11 never dreamed of!

Are you keeping bikes off site or are you using the living and dining rooms? I never had much use for a dining room anyway. Best for parking. You could definitely use a tractor trailer! Nice job!

                  Hi Marty,
As you suspected, since you've been in my home several times, they don't all fit in the garage. Nancy, has allowed me to use the "Office" as a secondary parking location.
It started off as only one or two to make room to work on the car. I now have seven(7) in the office: GT80 x2, CT70 x2, XJ550, XS850, SR500.

All the rest fit in the garage with the Trans Am.

One of the reasons for the "Family Photo" was to re-organize to get the SECA into the primary work location. Need to mount a new set of carbs to it. The SECA had been in the Office so a lot of shuffling to get it in the front of the garage.

However, something is gotta give! I'm planning to pick-up another bike in the next couple of weeks.... I found a bike a have dreamed of since I was 16 years old and it's coming home soon....
                  • I've decided that the '79 Custom XS11 (Pensacola) can find a new home.
                  • The Finished 1970 CT 70 is going to my grandson Billy in South Carolina.
                  • A finished GT80 will be going soon to my Grandson Chase here locally.
                  • But something else has to go to make more room for the new purchase.
MY Future Acquisition, let's see who can guess what it is exactly....

                  • 100% Factory Complete (Bags, Exhaust, Carbs, everything is there!)
                  • The engine (once running again) will have a very unique sound.
                  • Hasn't run in 25+ years.
                  • I've gotta step up and pay $5000 for it, which I believe is a DEAL!

Can we tell by this one limited photo?

The owner has five(5) of them in various conditions. This one I couldn't get too close to as it is completely jammed into a row in the back of the room. I could easily see that it looks PERFECT. In addition, it comes with a clean & valid GA title.

The owner has five(5) of them in various conditions. This one I couldn't get too close to as it is completely jammed into a row in the back of the room. I could easily see that it looks PERFECT. In addition, it comes with a clean & valid GA title.
Buddy of mine has 3 or 4 of them. He took one to a rally we did in WV a few years ago. Sweet bike but 4 carbs and the shim job on 4 cylinders is enough for me
