I just picked this off the TWO site:

We Regret to inform you that Two Wheels Only will cease operation on March 15th 2011

We'd like to thank all of you who supported this establishment and the local community for the last 29 years. It's been a fun ride!

Unfortunately the inheritors of the property that Two Wheels Only sits on would not renew the ground lease, do a month to month rent until they sold their property, or sell us the separate parcel of land that the resort is on.

We'll keep you updated on what's happening.

Hi Marty,
That is very sad news indeed. does not sound as though there is much chance of a change of heart from the property owner.
So yes a new home for XSive Riders rally in the fall.

The Blue ridge Motorcycle Camp may look good but the owners were not friendly to a group of Honda owners that came every year for 10 years...last year the owner was not accommodating and there were other issues that led the honda group to move to a different location as they finally were fed up with the way they were treated. Ive not been there but based on what I've heard,I wouldnt.

Looking again at High Valley. I see its right off Wolf Pen Gap Rd. Not far from TWO. The pics links for the accomodations shows some very modern cabins with each cabin having all the amenities,like bathrooms,kitchen,laundry,living rooms ans screened in porches.Wow this gets my vote.

Sky Valley Resort

If we keep this rally in Suches, without TWO there is nothing there. The closest place to get a meal is Dahlonega, and that is about 20 miles of twistie pavement away. It suits me to keep it there because I can just stay at my house.

29 Dreams is over in Alabama. Something is wrong with their site.

I spoke to MaximPhil last night. He has been a guest at the Kickstand Lodge. He thinks our group is too large for them.

There are hotel options in Dahlonega. There are many restaurants and "watering holes". The down side is that it may be peak season.

Iron Horse is great and I've heard nothing but good regarding Hunt's. I've wanted to get to TWO with you guys for a bunch of years but never made it happen.
