Good news!

I may have the XS fixed and ready to go by ride time. I think all I need now is a tune-up. I will probably have to have the timing set and the carbs re-synced, but it's getting there.

If this doesn't work, my next step will be to perform an exorcism on it!

She will cruise again!!!!!!!

Just to be sure, on ride day, I think I'll bless it with Holy Water and maybe annoint it.

Hey MartyA, do we have reservations for "our" group,(Ralph, you and Sally, and ME) at TWO's lodge since the dates were changed and moved earlier than usual??

I'll be making my trip south to see mom in Ala., and will then come back up on Friday for the weekend's riding!

I had hoped to be able to have Godzilla repainted by then, but its' going slower than expected, and I don't want to rush this project, so it'll still be in it's RAT configuration, but as you and others know, it still runs well even though it's semi-ugly!

Good question. I think so. Hey Ralph M. do we have reservations for that weekend? Sally is not coming this year, just me and the FZ. And I can leave Thursday morning, so if anyone is coming early I could use a corner of your room Thursday night.

Anybody got a good route to Suches from RT81? Seems as though it took forever to get there the way I went last year.

I am ready to go the Bandit got new tires new motolight new brake lights new horn. Gary and I are leaving on the 20 for V.A. for a few days to ride rt16 and maybe the blue ridge.
