I had t-shirts made for my XS East Rally 2002, I had to order a min of 36 shirts to get a decent price. Here is how pricing came out:
SHORT SLEEVE
White S-XL $6.00, XXL $8.00, XXXL $10.00
Ash S-XL $6.50, XXL $8.50, XXXL $10.50
Navy S-XL $7.50, XXL $9.50, XXXL $11.50
Black S-XL $7.50, XXL $9.50, XXXL $11.50
LONG SLEEVE (sorry no XXXL)
White S-XL $9.50, XXL $10.50
Ash S-XL $10.00, XXL $11.00
Navy S-XL $10.50, XXL $11.50
Black S-XL $10.50, XXL $11.50
SWEAT SHIRTS
White S-XL $12.50, XXL $14.50, XXXL $16.50
Ash S-XL $13.50, XXL $15.50, XXXL $17.50
Navy S-XL $14.50, XXL $16.50, XXXL $18.50

This was at a small local shop that did this kind of stuff. I collected 90% of the money in advance and only let Canadians pay at the event (you won't have that problem), I know several people on the list who have taken a bath on these even shirts and still have some to sell.
If who ever wants to do shirts has any questions PM me and give me your phone number and I can tell you what I learned. There is also the option of sending the design to the internet cafe and they will print them as ordered for anybody.but only on ash and white......no dark colors, everybody wants black so i did not do this.
