Yeah I think I got the last room on the ground level, according to the lady I talked to on the phone. It will be crowded with 2 couples in it.

Hi Marty thanks for booking you say 4 in the room so does that mean the Grangers are coming also as the booked names come in I am transferring the names to a list so if someone is coming but has contacted someone to double up could you please post that so I have a head count needed for meal reservations.
The plan is arrive Friday.
Ride Saturday 300km Routes to be posted at a later date.
Ride Sunday 300+km
Leave Monday.
This is the plan for the weekend as mention before. Unfortunately for some they will have to work the Monday due to Canada Day is on the IST of July which is a Tuesday.I myself am saying to hell with it a taking the Monday &Tuesday off plus I am lucky enough that I do not work Fridays.

How many are staying over Sunday night? Brockville to Mississauga is a bit of a commute for Monday morning

I think Ralph and Rochelle are staying until Monday also. I'm trying to talk them into coming back and staying at my house Monday night.

I booked the Friday and the Monday too. I go back to labour camp on Wednesday.

SWMBO is encouraging me to go, would get me out of the house for a while. Am seriously considering it but have other commitments for the summer and am trying to get dates sorted out. Will make a decision in the next couple weeks after I do my taxes and see how much I owe the government.

That is good to hear. I say don't pay the taxes ...keep the money and come to Canada. Ofcourse that might make you a fugitive and unable to return so maybe a bad idea
Once you have decided to come many of us will be interested to know what route you choose and places you visit along the way.

good morning Canada

Drinking coffee out of my Q107 cup, sweetened with Maple syrup from Granby, QC. Having fun watching Olympic Hockey. End of 2nd period. I see Price making a few incredible saves (he sure can jump for a big guy). Lunquist seems busy. I see why Crosby is called the best player in the world.
Spring is here in GA. Rode yesterday, temps in high 60s. Some Green grass, a few blooming jonquils and early tree blossoms. I will ride again today, but not before this game is over. Exciting! Those Canadians are moving and banging like they are all full of Maple Syrup. The anouncers have good eyes and name recall, following (even anticipating); impressive to me.
