ferry times from Cape Vincent over to Wolfe Island Canada
8:15 a.m. 9:30 a.m. 10:30 a.m. 11:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. 2:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. 7:30 p.m.


Then from Marysville on Wolfe Island free ferry to Kingston:

It sounds like everyone is passing by you via the I-81 North and taking the ferry at Cape Vincent. Just wait on the on ramp and catch up. Not sure when you are planning on coming up but Ralph, Rochelle and Duane are coming to my house wednesday. You know you are welcome to stay here if you want.

Route From QEW For Buffalo Crossing

If anyone is interested in an alternate route for QEW to 401 then east to wherever to get to Haliburton. The 401 across the top of the city is going to be basically stopped right out to Whitby. If you check the map that is quite the distance. It might be busy going up #27 to #9 but it will start to move once on #9. There is a lot to remember so print these directions for reference.

I would suggest going:
North to Hwy 27 to 9 @ Schomberg
Go east on 9 to Bathurst road and go north (Left) to Green Lane Rd.
Go East (Right) on Green Lane and just stay on it.
At Woodbine ave. it will change its name to Herald Rd.
Continue straight and it will again change its name to Sandford rd at Durham rd. 30.
Stay straight again until you get to Regional Road #1. (Sandford is a dead end at this point.)
Go North on RR#1(Left) to RR#13 at Leaskdale. (There is a general store there with gas.)
Go East (Right) and follow it all the way to Simcoe St. #2. (RR13 ends there.)
Go North (Left) on Simcoe st. up to Glenarm Rd. RR#8. (After this point Simcoe St. turns into a dirt road)
Go East (Right) on Glenarm Rd #8 all the way to Hwy #35. You will probably start running into more traffic at this point but at least it will be moving.
Hwy #35 North (Left) to #21 at Minden.
Keep right for #21 and follow it to motel. It is on that road once you get to Haliburton.

This is the route I used to take to my trailer up north. There is a few turns and smaller roads, but it does move along quite well. Much better than the major arteries.
