    Jim,

    Do they mind if we have beer around the grill/picnic tables? Or do they frown on open containers? I've noticed that we tend to stand around outside looking at bikes and drinking beer. Not that there is anything wrong with that...just what I have noticed

          Nice to see that you post on here.!

          Great area for roads as compared to my area...

          July works for me!

          Motel is my choice.

          About 3 years back I drove out onto the island. Had supper at a eatery at the edge of the water in Wellington. Great view. As it is the holiday weekend we should get are act in gear!

                  OK I just called Mike and told him that Memorial weekend in May was still open and he is going to go ahead with plans to have the rally on that weekend in West Virginia.

                  Look for details soon.

                      Hello Gary

                      I got this thread tonight and I started reading it and I started at the begining and it has many twists in it. So I got this straight I gotta ask these questions...

                      1. Rally in West Virginia ...American Long weekend in May


                      2. Rally in Prince Edward County(Ontario) July 2-6


                      3. Rally in New Bruinswick (Altantic Canada) Aug 6-9

                      All could be called XS East. If the people in "the powers to be"
                      could step up and get things going it could be the best summer ever for XS / XJ rallys.

                      I know Mitch in New Bruinswick has a website up and running. I guess he maybe the first one out of the gate.

                      Personally

                      I know I am going to the the one in eastern ontario (Prince Edward County) and I would like to go to the one in Altantic Canada. West Virginia is a long haul for me and Darlene doesn't have that many hoildays

                        I know this stuff take time to plan, but you have two things going to be happen in W. Va. the same weekend Where or whats up? With any of the plans.

                              Hi boys and girls my 'real' 'puter is 'sick' and is being resurected by Ron L so I don't get on much , but ....
                              I have made contact with the owners of the Sportsman motel http://www.pec.on.ca/sportsman/index.html who would be interested in having us as a group IF we can guarantee booking 3 day weekend with them I will post more as soon as I am able .

                                Jim,

                                So we should call and reserve or are you asking if we want a 3 day weekend? I am sure most could stay 3 days...but what 3 days? US holiday will likely be 3, 4, 5 of July so we would be talking Fri 2nd, Sat 3rd, Sunday 4th night. I assume that is what you mean? Is this the place or not?
