        Ideas

Wilno Tavern has good (Polish and Canadian) food but is small . It is very close to Barry's Bay .
I havent been to Nolets in a while but It's only about 50 kms from Barry's Bay.
I would suggest a ride to Whitney then Bancroft and the area and eat lunch there . I think there is a lot of bike roads worth checking around Bancroft but I havent been on them .
A loop home could include Hardwood Lake and time-permitting Quadeville -Foymount - Eganville - Killaloe - Wilno - Barrys Bay .
The nice thing about this loop is if we run out of time it can be shortened as need be to accomodate .
Who knows - there may be a days worth of roads around Bancroft ?
