I will try to get to the Pocono rally, but it's sandwiched between my daughter's college graduation and other family obligations. regardless, I have placed my e-mail order for a shirt.
Hopefully the stars will align, the beast will roar and I'll be able to sneak in the trip from Syracuse to the rally.

1979 XS650 Special
1978 Honda CB750K

I live in Northern Va. My tenative plans are to either head up Thurs night or Friday morning. My son is planning on coming along if I can get the 79SF up and running. (Its just a matter of mounting new rubber and getting the front brakes to grab effectively. I'm betting that the non-stock master cylinder is the problem)
My parents live in DE so I was considering a stop if I overnight, Thurs; you'd be welcome to join us. I may drop this if a bunch of us are headed up.
At most, its a 4 hour trip by superslab. Might consider some backroads.
Hi All:
I just confirmed that I got the time off for the rally and am planning to attend. Made the reservation at the hotel and I'm good to go. See you all soon!

What part of MD you in?
Brent, do you want to join up?
Darrell,
Yes I do. Thanks for asking. It will be good to see You and ride together. I am not sure of my schedule yet.
My plans are interfering with scheduled work, but I am wanting to make corrections.
Daughter is not going this year, so I may be free to leave late and ride hard. On the other hand, Maxim Phil has his bike in Atlanta, and is planning on flying down and riding it to XSeast. He will want to see some scenery and back roads along the way. I will see about getting off from work and taking a leisurely pace.

PS Want me to bring some photo shopped pics of "my XS"?

Yes. Hope to be there Thursday night. Ride up with you Friday. This work thing can interfere with riding.
Looking forward to another XSeast weekend!

Finally made reservations myself, Fri-Sat-Sun nights. Not sure yet whether I'll be trailering or Riding? Would like to give the Harley Award away this year , don't want to have to pay $$ to have my name and another engraved plate put on it AGAIN!
My half brother that lives in R.I. may be able to attend as well. He's only got a little Yamaha 600 sporty, but we've allowed all sorts with all sorts of bikes to attend! I just hope he can keep up!!
So...yes, Randy, I'll be bringing the Harley Award with me, and hopefully won't be taking it back home again!
