Wayne,
It is OK. "Just about anywhere" means under the roof, in your own little corner, Maybe on 4 fluffy pillows, with a blanket or 2.
If you have ridden far before retiring, It can be comfy and cozy. A person can sleep pretty well like that.
Orrr, So I have been told.

PS I may have exagerated about winter here being 2 or 3 days long in years past. Compared to this year, we got no winter at all. Snow on the ground for days, real snow big wet flakes, twice, more on the way, high temps near freezing, Last weekend, I had to stay in FL an extra half day waiting for ice on GA roads to melt. Is this what you mean by winter?
It is a great big beautiful world out there

Hey Brent, speaking of sleeping anywhere....once had this ladyfrind who fell asleep reading on the back of the bike! She never fell off, gave her a nudge every once in awhile...made sure she was still there and awake

The restaurant on-site is a good one, so I've arranged for their dining room for one night, either Sat or Sun where we can have an all-inclusive dinner with your choice of three mains (hoof, wing or fin). Restaurant also serves a buffet breakfast at 7AM.
For those who can't leave the 'puter home, free wi-fi.
It looks like I'll have 2nd bike and that means I'll be coming to the rally.
Bruce (Desert 1) and I went to look at a 1979 XS11, full dresser a couple of weeks ago. Turns out to be a 1978 with only 27K on it. Bruce says the engine is good and strong and at $2500. it was a good deal. Didn't test drive it (Nasty old winter) and I didn't make him an offer. Sent him an email a week later and offered him $1800. without a test drive. He accepted ! Now I just got to go & get it. I got Dave and his truck lined up for next weekend (weather permitting). It's an hour drive from my place. I'm taking it to Bruce's where we will modify it some. Front fairing is going and it is retuning to the '78 appearence. Saddlebags are staying but extra lights are going. New paint as well.
Can't wait...
