Help! My throttle cable shrunk!

The throttle cable itself moves freely, no binding. The throttle control allows the cable to slide easily through the sheath.

I don't think there'ss any way to put the bracket on upside down. Any chance you could post a digital photo of this view, with the tank off?

Bracket is correct. I'll get a picture later. Time to work on the bike is a little tight right now.
