  • airbox seal

While reassembling the airbox I noticed a cap on the bottom that has a hole that is post filter. The parts diagram shows a seal which as you guessed is unavailable. has Anyone seen this and possibly have a suggestion for a media to replace it.

My Specials have a drain hole in the middle of the airbox bottom. I cut a piece of filter material from a HEPA indoor drum air filter and put it in there to keep the dirt and bugs out, yet allow it to drain.

If yours is the same drain hole, you can look around the house and find something that will work as a filter.

I see the OEM part is actually available at Partzilla:

You can also find similar material at a farm supply store such as Tractor Supply or similar type place. The only reason I mention that is because it's generally cheaper there.

I identify as a man but according to the label on a package of Stauffers Baked Lasagne I'm actually a family of four!
