I have a XS750 final drive unit coming to fit onto my 79 XS1100F. I have seen multiple posts here taking about it and that a spacer needs to be fitted to make the XS11 drive shaft work with the XS750 final drive and that oil holes need to be plugged since the XS750 gears ran in the final drive oil. I could not find instructions and pictures as it seems those were on the old XS11 site and aren't anywhere here. Does anyone have those instructions and pictures that I could have or can be posted here? Thank you!!

You are correct, some data was lost in the transfer. Fortunately I saved a complete setup document and DiverRay graciously posted it for everyone's benefit.

note: later on in the post, it was suggested that a brass fitting might be a better option than copper.
