  • 3d printable parts repository

    These are the 3d printable replacement parts I've made so far. I'll add more as I design them. Feel free to add your own creations! All of these have been tested on my bike and work properly. If you don't have a 3D printer but are interested in these parts, shoot me a PM and we'll work out how I can print one up for you.

            However, it would need to fit over the head of the pin. The original material is rubber so it flexes quite a bit.

              Looks like it would be simple enough to replicate I'll see if I can snag some measurements off the one on my bike (assuming it's still there). The rubber parts can be printed with TPU, has a nice flexible quality but still very robust.

                That part is totally gone on my bike, but I took some measurements. I'll get it into CAD and print a beta test soon

                  It would be cool if it was universal to fit both the Special and Standard.

                    Standard and Special are two different pat numbers. They DO fit all years of each model, though.

                        I can't find what I had, but I can tell you the overall length is the same, as is the center hole. the difference is the width of the "outside" rubber. As I don't have the part, I cannot be exact but I believe the Special is 2mm for the outside, and the Standard is 6mm.

                          Interesting, I wonder if mine has a standard swingarm then... I measured mine at 2mm on the inside and 5.5mm on the outside.

                            Swing arm part numbers are all the same. So I could be wrong on the measurement, as I'm not sure if the swing arm has been "worked on" with my Special. My guess is the difference is about 5mm between the two, measured from the swing arm going to the rim.

                              The torsion plates are different between the two models, one having an open end slot and the Standard a closed oval hole.

                              The bushing for the Standard may need to flex some to install it.
