      Imma r e a l l y likin' the diagrams and such. (っ˘ڡ˘ς)

Makes me wanna print them out, get out my crayons, and spend the afternoon tracing circuits like I did MaZes in gradeschool when I wuz so BORED! ( ✧≖ ͜ʖ≖)

INstead...Later tuhday, Imma gonna look at the spare headlight relay I gots in my spare parts inventory. (´~`ヾ)

Ain't nobody here ever pried one apart to use sandpaper/points file on the contacts like I did on my turn signal flasher when it no wurkY? ¯\_(⊙_ʖ⊙)_/¯

Dunno....I'll find out when I go eeyes on after my second morning coffee. ( ^_^)o自

I've repaired them before, it's usually a broken solder joint.

              Tha's not good. (。•́︿•̀。)

              1. Check all fuses...again. Meebe one went "PoOf" as wires were being wrangled around.

              2. I's suggest removing the left side cover and removing the negative cable lead from where it attaches to the frame. Just a bolt going through a medium sized eyelet connector. THEN use a pair of vise grips (small if you got one...) to hold the eyelet to the frame for a good electrical contact. Cuz WHY?! As yur wrangling wires and making/breaking LIVE connections on a bike the PO has done GaWd knows what or where??? It's noice to have a main power emergency disconnect iffin you start to smell something cooking. Just hit the release on the vise grips and the cable should pull away from the frame easy-peasy. ヽ(O_O )ノ

              3. gOt one of these?

Just a DC test light to see what's HOT and what's NOT. Useful thingy to play with at this time.

Yeah I’ve got one and all the fuses were good last time I checked but on one of the fuses the bottom prong was hot but the top wouldn’t light. Didn’t think it was a problem but what do y’all think? I’ll test the fuses tomorrow and also bypass my reserve

bottom prong was hot but the top wouldn’t light

                  Nope. Not good. (⊙﹏⊙)

Should be the same on both iffin the fuse was/is doin' its jorb. (´・_・`)

Suggest replacement AND watching it to see if it goes "PoOf" again. If it does fail? (O_o)

You're on the right track to investigate wut's goin' on in the circuits "downstream" of that fuse. (◠﹏◠)

                  On 'nuther note-

If you still have the glass fuses, REPLACE THE FUSE HOLDER! The factory fuse box is well beyond it's service life. All you need is a blade type fuse holder with six positions.

I traced that line the best I could I couldn’t ever find where that was though. What’s it look like?

edit: Nevermind I’m dumb lol I’ll try replacing it that’s the one that’s only half way Lightning up

I still have the original fusebox and it's still useable/functional. Mainly cuz Imma in the Arizona desert where rust/corrosion is NOT a major concern. Still other stuff to be aware of but I don't gotta worry about the fuse holders rusting away and/or snapping off. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

                            My suggestion is to
                            1. Pull one of the glass fuses VERY CAREFULLY. (Do NOT be hamhanded/reckless or you'll regret it!)
                            2. Cut a piece of 400 grit carbide sandpaper the exact height of the fuse and 3 inches long/wide.
                            3. Stick the fuse inside the sandpaperbut DON'T roll it up. Use the extra paper sticking out as flags to hold it.
                            4. Insert/remove the fuse wit paper back into the holder a few times. Bonus points fOaR rotating it 30 degrees left/right in position.
                            5. Remove "DIY Cleaner" and blow on the fuse holder like you'd do on a Nintendo Street Fighter Game Cartridge.
                            6. Lather-rinse-repeat on the other three fuses making sure each one is the correct amp rating for it's position/use.

One day I MIGHT have to replace my OEM fusebox. (´・Ω・`)

I'll remove it, make a 3D Computer model of it "as-is", change it's design a bit to accept a different style of glass fuse holders, 3D print the "New/Improved" version complete with the now missing fusebox "cover" with the slots fOar extra fuzes, and install in the exact same location. (❂‿❂)

                            Imma sure it'll R E A L L Y comfuse the next owner. щ(゚Д゚щ)
