CHECK ALL GROUND CONNECTIONS!! 90% of the time, that is the problem. Each light has it's own ground wire between the lamp and the frame. Rust will cause a problem, keeping the ground from working properly.

I cleaned all the grounds i could find. there is only one black wire coming out of the fairing it was loose when i first started and i bolted it to the frame. nothing changed.

Roger, also keep in mind the system won't flash if a bulb is open. Check the bulbs and the sockets.

well i decided to give up on the blinkers for awhile so i put everything back together to go for a ride. after a few miles i stopped and walked around the bike and my head light had stopped working. when i got home i ran a 12 volt wire to the yellow wire at the fairing and the bulb lite up so i know the the bulbs not blown. how do you go about checking it out. thanks
