  • Identifying Brake parts.

So, as some of you may know I am picking up on a project bike I started around eight years ago. It is a 1980 Special (XS1100 SG), when I bought this bike off an estate sale it was a real basket case. The rolling chassis was badly rusted, basically all the detail pieces were in boxes. I will try to get up a new "intro" page soon. I had one up on the old site, but I think it is gone.

Anyway, at the time I started There were tons of parts available on Ebay, for very cheap. I have many parts for both Standard and Special, to pick and choose from. I have many brake components and a lot of it I cleaned up and powder coated.
I have a few questions about some items. Here are some of the goodies I have, below.

            Thank you, JeffH

iI had not done any deep poking around to find the old posts. I spent a brief time a few weeks ago in my profile settings.
Glad to see they're still around.

            Peace, Wolf

              The answer's no, What's the question ?
1980 XS1100G "Dolly G" Full Dresser (with a coat of many colors )
              1979 XS1100SF (stock-euro mods planned)
              1984 XV700L Virago (to be hot-modded)
              1983 XJ750MK Midnight Maxim (semi-restored DD)
              1977 XS650D ( patiently awaiting resto)

Sometimes it takes a whole tank of gas before you can think straight.
